Who we work for

An advisory firm that answers to the buyer.

Yavir is an independent, buyer-side automotive advisory for premium vehicles in Ukraine. We evaluate cars, speak to dealerships on your behalf, coordinate appointments and set out a purchase plan before you commit a single hryvnia.

No showroom pays us. No dealer holds a share of our fee, and we take nothing for steering you toward a particular lot or a particular port arrival. That one fact is what makes a written evaluation worth reading.

Yavir, engagement terms

Independence

We are paid by our clients only. No dealership referral fees. No inventory. No manufacturer relationship.

This is a buyer-side automotive advisory. Our only income is the fee you approve in writing before the engagement starts, so every recommendation we make points in the same direction as your interests.

  • 01No referral fees from dealerships, importers or brokers.
  • 02No inventory of our own to move, so nothing is ever pushed on you.
  • 03No manufacturer relationship, formal or informal.

Services

Three engagements, and every one of them ends in a document you keep.

We are paid by our clients only. No dealership referral fees, no commissions from sellers. That single fact is what makes the advice below worth reading.

From the first brief to the handover check

We act on the buyer's side of the table only. Each stage below produces a document, so you can pause, review, or stop the engagement at any point.

  1. 01

    Scoping brief

A structured conversation about budget, use, mileage expectations and the cars you have already ruled out. Deliverable: a written brief.

  2. 02

    Market search

Listings across Ukrainian dealers and private sellers, filtered against the brief and screened for implausible history. Deliverable: a shortlist memo.

  3. 03

    Vehicle evaluation

Inspection arranged with an independent technical specialist, documented panel by panel and cross-checked against the service record. Deliverable: a condition report.

  4. 04

    Dealership communication

We handle the calls, counter-offers and paperwork requests, and note every claim that does not match the file. Deliverable: a discrepancy note and a purchase plan.

  5. 05

    Purchase coordination

Appointment coordination, contract review points and a final inspection before keys change hands. Deliverable: a handover check.

We are paid by our clients only. The fee structure is published in full on our method and fees; tell us your brief via the enquiry form.

Two files, and the finding that changed the decision.

We are paid by our clients only. No dealership referral fees. Each note below ends with the one detail that moved the number.

2022 Porsche 911 Carrera · Kyiv · evaluation and negotiation

The listing promised a single-owner car with a complete service history. Our condition report logged a repainted rear quarter panel, a gap in the service book between 14,000 and 31,000 km, and two earlier export registrations. We sent the seller a discrepancy note with the photographic evidence attached. The asking price came down 12%.

“The panel was the small part. The missing service years are why we walked in with a number.”

2021 Mercedes-Benz GLE 400d · Odesa · purchase planning and handover

A client relocating to Kyiv needed the car sourced, inspected, and registered before a fixed move date. We built a six-week purchase plan, coordinated three dealership appointments across two cities, and compared two similarly equipped cars on total first-year cost. The client took the quieter specification and kept roughly EUR 4,800 in the budget.

“Same car on paper. The purchase plan showed what the second one actually cost to own.”

We never hold client funds and never pay the seller. Case notes describe completed work and are not a promise of future results.
